Last week the CMA Awards honored the best in country music. Some of the nominee’s and winners included former American Idol winners and finalists!
Female Vocalist of the Year – Winner: Carrie Underwood
Horizon Award – Nominated: Kellie Pickler
Single of the Year – Winner: Before He Cheats, Carrie Underwood
Song of the Year – Nominated: Before He Cheats, Carrie Underwood
Musical Event of the Year – Nominated: Reba McEntire with Kelly Clarkson, Because of You
Music Video of the Year – Nominated: Before He Cheats, Carrie Underwood
Bucky Covington was also there in person to present an award.

yes and after she won her awards she did not even thank american idol
I’m sure that after someone wins so many awards, it gets annoying to say ‘Thanks American Idol’ every time. Carrie has won MANY awards since winning Idol.
